My name is Maria, and I moved to Colorado over ten years ago — all because I fell in love.
Today, I’m blessed with a wonderful family and two little girls who inspire me every day to create, dream, and share a little sweetness with the world.
Our story began with a simple love for loukoumades — the golden, crispy, honey-drenched dough bites that have brought people together in Greek homes for generations. What started as a family tradition around the kitchen table soon became a passion to share that same joy with our community.
We’re proud to be part of the team that prepares loukoumades for local Greek festivals, serving more than 55,000 people each year. Seeing families, friends, and children enjoy this traditional treat together reminds us why we do what we do — to spread happiness, one bite at a time.

At LukuPop, every loukoumada begins with a simple dough, crafted from wholesome ingredients and inspired by recipes passed down through generations. We let the dough rise until it’s perfectly airy, then drop each bite-sized piece into hot oil, where it puffs up into a golden ball of light, fluffy goodness.
